A few helpful answers

If you’re not sure what you need, our team can help.

Can I sign up today?

Send a care-plan enquiry and our team will explain availability, eligibility and the written terms. No payment is taken and no plan starts through this form.

Do the plans include replacement parts?

The options shown charge for parts separately. Read the final plan terms and the agreed repair quote before committing.

Do I need a plan to use Corva?

No. You can book a one-off boiler service, repair or plumbing visit.

Choose what works for you

A plan is a choice. A one-off visit is always an option.

If you simply want the boiler serviced, ask for a one-off appointment and an agreed service price. If you are considering a plan, compare the total annual cost, the benefits you expect to use and any charges that remain payable.

A monthly payment does not automatically mean that every fault, part or visit is included. The proposed Corva Care comparison shows the differences between routine servicing, breakdown support and repair labour. Final eligibility and terms must be confirmed before any plan is sold.

Before choosing a plan

Six details to understand.

01

The boiler and the home

Check which appliances, properties and fuels are eligible, whether an initial inspection is required and how existing faults are treated.

02

The whole cost

Compare monthly and annual totals, the excess, replacement parts and additional labour. Ask how any separately charged work is authorised.

03

The agreement

Understand the term, cancellation arrangements, visit process and any limits or exclusions. Keep a copy of the final terms and your plan details.

More about Corva Care

Useful details before you decide. If your question is more specific, our team is happy to help.

Is the annual boiler service the same as breakdown cover?

No. A scheduled service is maintenance. Breakdown support concerns a fault and may have separate attendance, labour, parts and excess arrangements. Compare the relevant lines in the comparison table.

Will a plan pay for a problem the boiler already has?

Eligibility and treatment of pre-existing faults must be set out in the final terms. Please disclose an existing fault before choosing a plan. A repair assessment may be the appropriate first step.

Is the monthly amount the only cost?

Not necessarily. The options shown include separately chargeable work, parts or excesses depending on the option. Read the comparison and ask the team about the total cost for your circumstances.

Can I include a rented property?

Discuss the property and the records you need. The Complete option shown includes an annual landlord gas safety check, but final appliance scope, eligibility and terms must be agreed.

Does a plan guarantee an immediate engineer?

An online enquiry does not guarantee immediate attendance. The final plan must explain how visits are arranged and any response commitments. For an urgent fault, call to check availability.
