Using the enquiry forms
Submitting a booking or boiler enquiry sends your details to the Corva office. Your reference confirms receipt, not an appointment, accepted quotation or care-plan agreement. We review the work and contact you to confirm the next step. For urgent help, call 01745 507102; online forms do not dispatch an engineer.
Appointments and quotations
Attendance, scope, price and any additional work must be agreed with the office. A preferred date is a request and does not reserve availability. Online boiler prices are indicative for the standard scope described, include VAT, and remain subject to survey, availability and a written quotation. If the scope changes, any revised price must be agreed before that work proceeds.
Care plans and payments
Care-plan options are available to enquire about. The office confirms eligibility, availability, price, exclusions, any excess, term and cancellation arrangements in writing before a plan starts. This website enquiry journey does not take payment, place an installation order or activate cover. No finance application is offered through it. These website terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Charity donation and support links take you to external websites with their own terms. Corva does not process donations. Logos identify their respective owners and do not imply a wider endorsement.
