Keep the layout realistic
Moving a bath, basin or toilet can affect waste routes, floor access and wall construction. Send a measured layout showing the existing and proposed fittings. Product choice should follow an assessment of the available space and plumbing, especially for concealed fittings.
Define the whole project, then the plumbing
Decide who is responsible for strip-out, tiling, waterproofing, ventilation, electrics and decoration. Corva’s quotation identifies the plumbing accepted for the project and any separately agreed work. One plumbing price should not be interpreted as an all-trades bathroom contract.
Make the handover useful
Agree checks, user instructions and access to serviceable valves before closing boxing or walls. Keep product details and warranties for future maintenance. If this is the only bathroom, discuss the sequence and any periods when facilities cannot be used before work starts.
